Hy-Haul model: HW201DU

Hy-Haul Model HW201DU is a 60 kN ton pull for overhead and underground use. Truck mountable, its a sophisticated single drum hauling unit with diesel driven hydraulics with PLC and touch screen controls for settable pulling power and speeds. 

A capstan drum designed machine incorporating an automatic take up drum to store the pulling rope/cable as it comes off the capstan. This machine is primarily used for underground cable work, but flexible enough to handle most overhead projects as well.

The HW201DU is powered by a three cylinder fully encapsulated diesel engine that only produces 69 dBA @ 7 mts. The drive and control system is a fully integrated electro-proportional hydraulic system that offers precise control and strength.

A comfortable operator cabin is fitted with suspension chair and a large operator console where the Colour Touch Screen PLC is mountable and equipped with robust software.

• Capstan drum drive is a planetary gearbox complete with failsafe brake
• Take-up drum drive is a radial piston motor complete with failsafe brake
• Rope drum free wheel function for easy payout
• Unit dimensions are a compact 3800 mm long x 2250 mm wide by 2150 mm high

Fully assembled and tested machine complete with 1 x rope drum, 1 x split style recovery drum, operator and maintenance manuals.
